Supplemental terms posted on the Site are incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms by revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
The Site is intended for adults at least 18 years old. Those accessing it from another jurisdiction are responsible for compliance with applicable local law.
2. Independent marketplace
Quotes & Plans is an independent marketplace and educational connection platform. We are not a federal or state Marketplace website, government agency, insurer, insurance carrier, claims adjuster, healthcare provider, law firm, or licensed insurance agent or broker. We do not issue policies, provide binding quotes, determine eligibility, enroll consumers, adjust claims, or guarantee savings, approval, benefits, compensation, or outcomes.
3. TCPA and communications consent
When you submit a form containing a contact disclosure, you consent to receive the communications described there from Quotes & Plans and, where identified or authorized, appropriate affiliates, participating partners, licensed professionals, or their service providers. Communications may concern insurance or Medicare-related products and services and may be sent to the email address or telephone number you provide.
If the disclosure states that automated technology, artificial or prerecorded voice, or text messaging may be used, your electronic submission is intended to document the consent described on that form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property, goods, or services. Message and data rates may apply. Revoke consent through a reasonable method, including replying STOP where supported or contacting info@quotesandplans.com.
Submitting a request does not create an insurer-insured, agent-client, attorney-client, provider-patient, or other professional relationship. Do not submit sensitive information or insurance applications through ordinary forms, mail, or email.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original source code, functionality, software, designs, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their owners.
