5. Sale, sharing, and sensitive information
Quotes & Plans does not exchange personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics activity may qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Where applicable, you may request an opt-out by contacting us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit based on the current website forms, and we instruct users not to submit it.
6. Exercising your rights

We will use information reasonably necessary to verify the request and may ask follow-up questions. We will not request sensitive information by ordinary email.
7. Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request. We may require proof of authority and direct verification from the consumer unless applicable law provides otherwise.
